TOKYO (Reuters) – Japan’s Nippon Steel said on Thursday it modified the closing day for its acquisition of united state Steel, revealing self-confidence that the procurement will definitely safeguard and broaden the American enterprise.
The approximated closing day was modified to the preliminary quarter of 2025 from the third or 4th quarter of 2024 previously.
