He informed that the accused Dr. Saurabh Kumar Gupta was harassing the complainant by demanding a bribe quantity of Rs. 2000 on the charge of Rs. 500 per animal in alternate for verifying the mortgage type utilized for fodder and water for 4 buffaloes.
