Jaipur: Big information has come associated to the farmers of Rajasthan. Farmers can get insurance coverage for Rabi crops until thirty first December. Farmers should deposit a premium of 1.5 p.c of the overall sum insured.
The state authorities has issued a notification for insurance coverage of Rabi crops. Under the scheme, farmers taking crop mortgage, non-loanee farmers and sharecropper farmers can get their crops insured.
Getting crop insurance coverage performed beneath the Prime Minister Crop Insurance Scheme is voluntary. But loanee farmers who don’t wish to get crop insurance coverage can choose out of this scheme by giving written data to the involved financial institution and monetary establishment by twenty fourth December.
