Jaipur: The Supreme Court has upheld its January 30, 2024 determination upholding the Rajasthan High Court’s July 13, 2022 determination rising the retirement age of Ayurveda docs by two years from 60 years to 62 years. The courtroom has rejected the assessment petition filed by the state authorities on this regard. The division bench of Justice Hrishikesh Roy and Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra gave this order.

Advocate Nitish Kumar Garg related to the case stated that earlier the Supreme Court had additionally rejected the SLP of the state authorities in opposition to the choice of the High Court. The state authorities had filed a assessment petition in opposition to the choice of rejecting the SLP and had requested the courtroom to rethink the sooner determination.
