Rajasthan News: Rajasthan Roadways workers and retired workers demonstrated on Monday at Sikar Bus Depot premises with a number of calls for together with cost of wage and pension to the workers on the primary day of each month. After the demonstration, the workers and retired workers raised slogans and submitted a memorandum of their calls for to the Chairman of Rajasthan Roadways to the Sikar Bus Depot Depot Manager.

Demand to offer wage and pension on 1st

Secretary of Roadways Retired Employees Welfare Committee, Ramdev Singh Takaria, stated that retired workers from Roadways haven’t been paid their retired advantages for the final 23 months. There must be enchancment in pension dedication within the Seventh Pay Commission. Pensioner workers whose age has reached 75 years. He must also be given advantages in compensation as per the orders of the federal government. Salary and pension must be paid to roadways workers and pensioners on the first of each month.

Demand for recruitment on vacant posts

Along with this, the cost of extra time night time to the retired conductor and mechanic is pending since 1997, which must also be paid quickly. Where there may be scarcity of buses on roadways, new buses must be bought and operated.
