The Supreme Court on Monday declined a quote by well-known ‘pharma brother’ Martin Shkreli to listen to his attraction of a $64 million punitive damages on the scammer for obstructing opponents to a life-saving drugs whose price he had truly elevated by higher than $700 per pill.
Shkreli’s demand that the Supreme Court take his attraction of presidency courtroom alternative was his final alternative to reverse that cost, which was related to the medication Daraprim.
The Supreme Court in turning down that demand didn’t describe its alternative, to which there have been no saved in thoughts dissents by any kind of justice.
